General Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which an application or allotment for a plot at Shree Hari Enclave may be cancelled, and the conditions under which amounts paid will be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests will not be processed. Please review this policy carefully before making any payment.

Refund for Unsuccessful Applications
- All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 60 days from the date of allotment.
- Refunds will be processed to the same account details provided during registration.

100% Refund Policy (No Allotment)
- If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued.
- No deductions or charges will apply.
Your payment is fully protected. If you do not receive an allotment, the entire amount paid will be returned without any deduction.

Cancellation by Allottee
- The refund will be processed within 120 days after the completion of due diligence by the allottee.
Timelines commence from the date all required documentation and the written cancellation request are received from the allottee(s), including co-applicants if applicable.
